To join as a WhisperOffer Certified Buyer, investors must meet at least one of the following:
- 50+ Transactions: Completed 50+ real estate transactions in the past 12 months (flips, assignments, or BRRRR — closed deals only)
- $5M+ in Purchases: Purchased $5M+ in real estate in the last 12 months with documented proof of funds
- Partner Referral: Referred by a WhisperOffer Market Partner or Broker with established relationship
- Manual Approval: Approved manually with proof of funds, references, and closing history (case-by-case basis)

Maintain the highest standards of integrity and performance
- Performance Pledge: Sign a performance pledge committing to no ghosting, no bait & switch tactics, and professional conduct
- Proof of Funds: Submit proof of funds on every deal to demonstrate financial capacity and serious intent
- Platform Integrity: Agree to platform integrity terms with immediate access revocation for any shady practices
